So grateful for this group of people. They are such a caring, compassionate group of people that truly seem to love what they do and want to help the people that come to them. During a difficult season of life, they were quick to respond and set up an appt and followed up well. Highly recommend.
This team is top notch! Specifically Mary Helen and Jackson are quality therapists who I totally believe in and trust completely.
Upon my arrival to my session I could not help but notice the inviting atmosphere. I was greeted immediately and offered a bottle of cold water while I waited. I loved the fact that I was able to connect with my counselor and given a toolkit to help guide me in the right direction during this time in my life.
I truly wish there was a way to express my gratitude for this place and the therapists. Every time I walk into this atmosphere, there is a sense of ease and comfort with a spa like feel which personally I prefer over a boring white office. My therapist I've been working with truly goes above and beyond to make a safe space. I never feel judged and am always greeted with professionalism. I've been through my fair share of mental health guidances and I'm very happy to say that I think I have started my true path to healing here. I actually look forward to my next session instead of dreading appointment reminders like I have in the past. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for an easy, quick, inviting place to begin working on yourself.
