Andrew Martinez

Andrew has been a social worker for nine years and has worked with; the homeless population, children in foster care, inpatient/ outpatient psychiatric treatment, and the LQBTQIA+ community. 

Andrew believes tough times can be temporary and that better days are always ahead of us. He believes therapy is a powerful tool to help guide  through the rough patches in life and maintain stability within oneself. His experiences have taught him how to meet the client where they are and start the healing process from their perspective.

Andrew received his Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Texas Arlington and his Masters in Social Work at the Texas A&M University Commerce 

In his free time Andrew enjoys spending time with his family. Family game nights and movie nights are common in his home. Andrew also enjoys going to the gym to help keep him focused on goals.  Andrew is also a huge sports fan and enjoys rooting for his home teams of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers.
