Therapist Logan Davis works with adults, couples, and families navigating life's most demanding seasons, including life transitions, burnout, anxiety, depression, relational distress, and behavioral challenges. She has a particular passion for supporting young adults and working professionals who feel disconnected from their sense of self, women experiencing relational stress, and adolescents and families affected by ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and neurodivergent behavioral concerns. Logan also brings meaningful experience in multicultural counseling, offering culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Logan is gifted in supporting emerging adults as they move beyond surviving transitions and into authoring a story that reflects their authentic strengths and values. With couples in early relationship stages, she focuses on building the foundational skills that sustain connection over time.

Logan's approach is grounded in empathy, genuine connection, and the belief that every person holds the innate capacity to live a fuller, more aligned life. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, she helps clients deepen self-understanding, shift unhelpful patterns, and learn real-world skills they can use day to day.

She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas Dallas and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Baylor University.

Logan's background working with young neurodivergent populations gives her a unique ability to connect with teens and families seeking greater cohesion and behavioral support. She also incorporates expressive arts therapies, including psychotherapeutic yoga and dance and movement-based practices, as pathways for emotional release and self-discovery, honoring the reality that healing doesn't always happen through words alone.

Having navigated frequent transitions and pivots throughout her own life, Logan brings a grounded, personal understanding of the anxiety and uncertainty that significant change can stir.

Outside of work, she finds restoration in yoga, meditative coloring, singing, and journaling—practices she often encourages her clients to explore as well.
