Get to know Logan

Dallas therapist Logan Davis encourages and empowers her clients to identify their feelings, connect meaning between experiences, and take control of their narratives, helping them to move beyond merely "surviving." She specializes in working with adults, teens, and children, focusing on ADHD, anxiety, stress management, play therapy, and women's issues. She supports young adults and adolescents as they navigate life transitions, particularly when they experience stress and anxiety related to relationships and career development. With children, she employs play therapy techniques that prioritize building self-esteem and fostering encouragement.

Logan worked as a medical assistant in a pediatric behavioral and developmental office, which provided her with valuable experience and ignited her passion for working with neurodivergent disorders, such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. She has also gained experience in play therapy sessions while pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Logan's approach centers on empathy, compassion, and genuine care for her clients. She utilizes mindfulness techniques and a person-centered approach, believing that everyone has the innate potential to lead an optimal life.

Logan is dedicated to inspiring genuine connections and creating a supportive environment for clients to discover and understand themselves. Having experienced frequent relocations and transitions during her childhood, she has a profound understanding of the anxiety and stress that can accompany significant life changes. She is passionate about expressive art therapies, including psychotherapeutic yoga and dance, which promote emotional release through movement.

In her personal life, Logan enjoys yoga, Pilates, meditative coloring, singing, and journaling – all practices that she encourages her clients to engage.
