Micah is completing his training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR and uses it to assist clients in the process of healing and recovering from natural disasters, as well as childhood, sexual, chronic, complex, and car or transportation-related traumas.

Micah also helps clients struggling with addictions, sports and performance-related stress, grief counseling, suicidal ideations, self-harm, anger management, and self-esteem challenges.

He works with all age groups and, while working in community health centers, has done a lot of therapy work with Gen Z. While also being a part of this generation, he understands the challenges of the current world dynamic that this generation experiences and works with clients on how to navigate the uncontrollable.
