William Lehman is a compassionate and skilled therapist specializing in helping individuals and couples heal from trauma and navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity. With advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he integrates evidence-based practices with a collaborative, client-centered approach to support lasting change at Lifeologie Counseling Chandler. 

He has experience working with adolescents, teenagers, adults, and couples facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation. William draws on EMDR, CBT, and elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychoeducation, and spiritual integration when appropriate. He tailors each session to meet the unique needs and values of his clients. His therapeutic style is warm, structured, and goal-oriented—balancing deep emotional insight with practical strategies for growth.

William earned his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and his Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University. He is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). 

Outside of the office, William has experience as a drummer and a passion for music. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and going for nature walks.
